My offline program became so successful as students' progress visibly shot up and most importantly students actually enjoyed themselves as they learned. Parents were amazed by the student's change in attitude towards learning and couldn't believe that they actually wanted to do their homework.
제 오프라인 프로그램은 학생들의 발전이 눈에 띄게 빨라지면서 성공적인 결과를 낳게 되었고 가장 중요한 것은 학생들이 배우는 것을 실제로 즐긴다는 것이었습니다. 학부모들은 학생의 학습 태도 변화에 놀랐으며 학생들이 정말로 숙제를 하고 싶어한다는 것을 믿을 수 없어 했습니다.
The key was motivation and daily effort! By encouraging the students with points, the students were excited to accumulate the points and they felt that their hard work was being recognized. As they worked towards their missions each day, daily practice strengthened their skills creating daily habits that became ingrained in their day-to-day lives.
핵심은 바로 동기부여와 나날의 노력이였습니다. 숙제를 하면 받을 수 있는 점수로 학생들을 격려하니 학생들은 점수를 모으는 것에 대하여 신이 나 있었고, 그들의 노력이 인정받고 있다는 것을 느낀다곤 했습니다. 매일 미션을 마치기 위해 일을 하니, 매일 하는 연습이 영어 실력을 강화시켜주었고 그들의 일상 생활에 베어들게 되는 일상의 습관을 만들어 주었습니다.
This online program duplicates the offline program I created in a way that allows the students to complete steps that they complete online and in turn gain points for their successful completion. Students are required to complete assignments, watch instructional videos and record their speaking online. Each day builds on to the next as they work towards learning English one step at a time. Parents don't need to worry about high academy prices, or wasting time driving them to the academy or back. All missions can be completed at home at the student's own pace. The more missions the student completes, the more points can be earned!
이 온라인 프로그램은 학생들이 온라인으로 완료하는 각 과제를 체크하여 성공적으로 완료함에 의해 점수를 받을 수 있게 해주는 일상적 임무를 완수할 수 있도록 제가 만든 오프라인 프로그램을 복제한 것입니다. 학생들은 과제를 완료하고, 교육용 비디오를 보고, 온라인 상에 자기들이 영어로 녹음한 것을 올리도록 되어 있습니다. 그들이 영어를 배우기 위해 한 번에 한 단계씩 일하면서 하루하루의 노력이 다음 날로 계속 이어집니다. 학부모들은 비싼 학원비를 걱정하거나, 학원에 차를 몰고 다니면 시간을 낭비할 필요 또한 전혀 없습니다. 모든 미션은 집에서 학생 자신에게 알맞은 페이스로 완수할 수 있습니다. 학생이 더 많은 미션을 완료할수록, 더 많은 점수를 얻을 수 있을 것입니다!
